Hi!

I’m Amy (she/her) and I’m really excited that you’re interested in acupuncture! I am a women’s health, stress and anxiety relief expert that can help you shift into a more balanced life. I think that you deserve for your life to feel less chaotic and more calm, for your body to move without pain and for your cycles to be more predictable.

My journey to this profession began when I was working as a nurse and in school for pre-med. I was tired, anxious and dealing with endometriosis, but I was also young and felt that I should be thriving. I knew that I wanted to feel healthier, more energized and have less painful periods. I had tried everything allopathic medicine could offer me and then started to explore herbal medicine, nutrition, and exercise as treatment options. After years of self-study with herbs and exploring traditional medicines, I finally tried acupuncture and was prescribed Chinese herbal medicine. It absolutely changed my life and I’m excited to help you change yours.

I have been a Registered Nurse for over a decade and still maintain an active nursing license. I earned my Master of Science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I am licensed in Acupuncture and nationally certified in acupuncture and herbal medicine. My background in nursing helps bring balance to my work as an acupuncturist.

Part of bringing balance into my life is making time for the things I love outside of the clinic. I’m an avid skier, hiker, backpacker, reader, and traveler with my husband Ryan.
