I am so excited to share that Balanced Stone Acupuncture had the opportunity to volunteer time and treatments at Children's Hospital of Colorado to help support staff wellness. As not only a Registered Nurse, but one that has worked in pediatrics for over a decade, I was so honored to be a part of the wellness program for the staff at Children's.
As part of their annual Resiliency Conference, the staff are invited to participate in a day of self care and wellness that included seminars, lectures, and a healing room with massage, reiki and auricular acupressure treatments.
It was such a pleasure to speak with these amazing individuals about acupuncture and Chinese medicine. I was able to provide ear seed treatments for stress relief, back pain and more to so many amazing nurses, aides, therapists etc.
I look forward to more opportunities to share the benefits of acupuncture, Chinese medicine and a healthy lifestyle.
